AKQA has been recognised as one of the top 20 Most Loved Workplaces in the UK by Newsweek for a profound commitment to employee growth.

Created in collaboration with Best Practice Institute, Newsweek’s annual ranking of the 100 Most Loved Workplaces in the UK assesses employee satisfaction across a number of key areas, including company values, leadership, career development and culture. Listed in 16th position, Most Loved Workplaces acknowledged the freedom for AKQA employees “to be entrepreneurial and make their own decisions” in crafting creative solutions towards creating a better future.

This recognition is in addition to Newsweek naming AKQA the 9th Most Loved Workplace in the World and one of America’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces in 2023. Newsweek also commended AKQA’s belief in empowering the next generation of diverse innovators through a comprehensive learning curriculum and an established global internship programme.

Managing Partner AKQA Ron Peterson commented: “As a team, to receive love is the highest responsibility – one which must be earned through daily care towards our incredible team, our clients, our partners and our home. We look forward to repaying the gift in the language we know how: by creating labours of love and uplifting each other with kindness. It’s a heartening reminder to keep going.”

Upon the announcement, Founder and CEO of Best Practice Institute and Most Loved Workplace Louis Carter said: “Fully understanding and acting upon employee sentiment, emotion and recommendations continues to be a challenge and top priority of executive leadership. The companies on this list have committed to listening carefully to their employees to create a workplace employees love.”
