Account Supervisor

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who is passionate about digital experiences, is committed to outstanding client service, and will use data to drive insights and optimizations which create better connections for consumers and improve bottom-line business results.

We are looking for a self-starter with an ambition to help grow expertise and services for a top client. You will possess knowledge and passion for the media landscape and help keep the company up-to-date on what trends will have an impact on our clients’ business.

Based in the center of midtown, our Atlanta studio is as vibrant as its location. With a core focus on digital products and services, we are visionaries and makers, combining strategy, creative and technology to deliver best-in-class customer experiences for our clients. 

Our Atlanta studio is also home to the Southeastern arm of AKQA Media, working with national clients to optimize their media spend in creative ways.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Day-to-day relationship lead between AKQA and a key client
  • Lead strategic and tactical planning activities via phone and email
  • Manage internal stakeholders to deliver on-time and on-brief, while also organizing outbound client communication
  • Provide a client perspective internally, work to ensure that we proactively address questions or concerns before they arise
  • Create top-line search and media plans while working directly with the delivery teams to translate client needs into live campaigns

 

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Four to six years of related experience, with a background including digital products and services
  • A client service or agency background with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach is a must
  • Deep understanding of digital media including paid search, analytics, data science and programmatic media
  • Experience using industry-standard tools and platforms (including search and social direct management, Figma, AirTable, AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Marin Software, Kenshoo, DS3, DBM, The Trade Desk)
  • Experience with industry-standard technology and data platforms (including Signal, Tealium, Tableau, R, Python, and/or SPSS)
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and strong understanding of project management and communication tools such as Basecamp, Huddle, Slack, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail in the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns
  • Comfort working daily with very senior internal and client-side stakeholders, including phone calls, email, and formal presentations
  • Hands-on experience with paid search and programmatic media buying platforms
  • Intellectual curiosity driven by a passion for digital media in a post-broadcast era
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment while handling multiple tasks with fluid priorities
