As Creative Operations, you will support our Creative Leadership Team (Head of Creative, Executive Creative Director and Executive Design Director) in the day-to-day operations of the Creative Department. In addition you will be the “go-to” person within Creative.
Department Functions. Organize and facilitate monthly meetings and presentations for the Creative Leadership team as well as the Creative Department.
Onboarding. Welcoming new employees to the Creative Team and ensuring they are included on all relevant email aliases and Slack channels.
Culture. Work with Creative Leadership to design a program of activities that contribute to the AKQA creative department being a fun and inclusive environment.
Talent. Act as the local studio level program lead for AKQA’s Global Intern Program: Future Academy. Also maintain existing intern placement relationships with Creative Advertising schools.
Studio Communications. Organize and format content for monthly studio meetings, quarterly reports and year in review presentations.
Presentation Design. Ability to craft stunning presentations in both Google Slides and Keynote.
Process Management. Synthesize, summarize and action on meeting notes and agendas.
Award Submission: Organize submissions for Global awards across the Studio and network.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in the creative industry
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Proficiency with Apple Keynote and Google Office suite of software (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity/proficiency with relevant Creative Cloud programs, Sketch, Figma and other design programs
- Exceptional eye for design and solid typography skills a plus
This role is associated with our AKQA San Francisco studio. Remote candidates able to work West Coast hours will be considered, with a preference for applicants in or near the Bay Area.
