Operations Systems Analyst

As an Operations Systems Analyst, you will first and foremost provide exceptional service to AKQA employees supporting the Concur platform (AKQA’s Travel and Expense Portal). Working in a demanding, fast-paced environment, you will demonstrate exceptional technical expertise and individual initiative while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Based in the center of midtown, our Atlanta studio is as vibrant as its location. With a core focus on digital products and services, we are visionaries and makers, combining strategy, creative and technology to deliver best-in-class customer experiences for our clients. 

Our Atlanta studio is also home to the Southeastern arm of AKQA Media, working with national clients to optimize their media spend in creative ways.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Administration for Concur Travel Expense Application
  • Maintain and respond to employee inquiries through the HappyFox ticketing system in a professional and timely manner, servicing global time zones
  • Leverage the Concur service support portal to assist with day-to-day operative related issues in the Concur Travel & Expense System
  • Assist the Senior Operations Analyst with high level reporting and larger system feature modifications or implementations as needed
  • Review and approve travel requests for AKQA employees, making sure appropriate pre-travel authorization is obtained and documented
  • Provide daily Concur Expense Spreadsheets to the Financial Controller for North America to facilitate employee claims reimbursement

 

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Experience in Concur as an administrator
  • Attention to detail, learns quickly, adaptable, flexible and has service-oriented mentality
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to resolve open issues to closure
  • Great communication skills & problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in creative and dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
