As a Producer at AKQA Denmark, you will be responsible for the management of end-to-end, full life-cycle cross-platform creative projects and productions including strategy, creative concepts, product design, content and marketing productions, campaigns and technical solutions.

You will be involved from the conception phase to frame a safe and suitable process, plan and team setup. You will be responsible from inception and scope definition through to delivery, setting up the best production and development plan and process to reach the balance between profitability of the projects, and quality of the deliveries.
This client-facing role requires communication and management skills across several internal disciplines: Strategy, Creative, Marketing and Tech. You understand precisely each project’s desired outcomes and will take responsibility for leading the teams, ensuring a plan and process that allows completion on time and within budget, with both client and internal objectives being met.
You will confidently manage and lead resources to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of a project, carrying out the vision set all the way to the end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3-5 years experience in managing a multi-disciplined service delivery function implementing innovative, interactive and consumer-focused solutions
- Manage and deliver projects with high-quality deliverables, on time and on budget
- Manage/update project status documents, revenue and resources, and set up and facilitate client status meetings
- Manage multiple suppliers, partners and client/s to ensure the best outcome for both clients and AKQA. Update stakeholders with project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively
- Structure a project estimate according to the most appropriate model (e.g. fixed price, capped time and materials, by project phase) and effectively communicate to clients
- Plan, set up and drive end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects of various types, e.g. marketing plans, campaigns, brand identity, design and UX or technical build
- Experience working directly with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met.
- Strong customer service ethos, a commitment to quality and the will to constantly drive improvements
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, with high flexibility and fluidity
