ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Coaching & leading a team of 3-4 recruiters to deliver on the hiring targets
- Identify the skills and competencies required for the open positions and create JD’s, score cards and interview plan
- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment life cycle and measurement metrics like time to hire, cost per hire
- Analyse data to see the hiring trends on weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis
- Present the data on weekly basis to stakeholders and get their buy in on recruitment
- Communicate with stakeholder to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organisational goals
- Stakeholder management - building positive relationships, strengthening stakeholder commitment towards onboarding candidates together
- Build quality relationships with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies
- Advise business on best recruiting practices
- Utilise recruitment media, job fairs, hiring drives and e-recruiting tools, ATS as required to attract qualified candidates
- Source and evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions
- Competition mapping: identify competition companies and gather key insights about their team structures and profiles
- Run campus recruitment model for AKQA India - planning & execution of the model
- Responsible for smooth pre-boarding & onboarding of all the selected candidates
- Develop, motivate, and lead the India talent acquisition team (3 to 4 members)
- Work on creating a strong employer branding strategy
- This position is full-time and based in Gurgaon
QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS
- 10+ years of IT recruitment experience working within talent acquisition for a fast-paced technology driven company.
- 2+ years of team lead experience.
- Planning & organising - prioritises & plans work activities, well organised & methodical approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others
- Accountability, attention to detail
- Results-driven, go-getter
- Analytical skills - able to able to spot trends in data which drives decision making
- Should know minimum intermediate level Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
