Senior Full Stack Developer

We are in need of smart technical developers who can define, build and compose new APIs and Microservices with GraphQL using JavaScript / TypeScript technology stacks and frameworks, as well as building backend systems using traditional CMS tools.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer you have experience in delivering high-quality digital platforms, and you possess a deep understanding of software engineering principles as well as the latest industry trends. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years’ relevant industry experience in software, digital or web development
- Experience with the Silverstripe and/or Laravel frameworks
- Experience with Javascript and front-end frameworks such as React and Vue
- Experience with cloud platforms such AWS, Azure or Google
- Experience with GraphQL API implementations
- Experience with automated API testing techniques.
- Strong understanding of source control (GIT) and build systems
- Good understanding of release automation tools and scripting languages (CI/CD, DevSecOps)
- Strong understanding of performance and optimisation, best practices and industry standards
- Knowledge of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and design techniques
- Knowledge of edge computing platforms (Vercel functions/middleware, Netlify functions, Cloudflare functions/workers etc) desirable
- Knowledge of shell scripting and Linux server administration
- Knowledge of OpenAPI, SOAP, OData, JSON data object principals
- Knowledge of OWASP top 10 principles.
Some knowledge of microservices development patterns and practices is preferable
