For the second consecutive year, AKQA is positioned highest for its ability to execute in the Leaders Quadrant in Gartner’s annual independent evaluation that compares business transformation capabilities across consulting firms, agencies and systems integrators. In 2019, AKQA has further improved its previous position in both the ability to execute and its completeness of vision.

The Gartner report specifies AKQA’s strengths are Experience Design; Innovation and Mobile Capabilities, noting: “AKQA differentiates itself with experience design, creating customer experiences that span the full B2C customer journey across both digital and physical properties…AKQA leverages artificial intelligence and other immersive technologies to design innovative commerce experiences…”

The commentary also notes: “Clients and industry leaders recognise AKQA for its innovation particularly through the application of emerging technologies…AKQA continues to lead in the mobile space and provides its client value by delivering complex, integrated mobile solutions…”

The 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant report provides insights that guide agency selection to help organisations seeking a partner for strategy and execution.
