Roots is AKQA’s anti-racism affinity group. We stand for a world without racism. We advocate for creative work that powers the people. All are welcome. We educate allies on systemic racism and the Black experience, by hosting panels, facilitating talks and showing screenings. We celebrate Black excellence and creative work from marginalised communities, by profiling work and doing early outreach. We evolve our company, our work, and our world by creating with more inclusivity and insisting on what is right.
