To ensure time off with new babies is as rewarding as possible, AKQA offers an enhanced maternity package. Expectant parents are entitled to reasonable paid time off for antenatal care.

New parents are entitled to one month off which can be taken in one or two blocks within the first six months after birth.

Adoption leave is available for new parents within the first year of adoption. Those eligible are entitled to a maximum of 16 weeks of paid leave.
