Nike Graffiti Stores wins Grand Clio in New York
AKQA’s Graffiti Stores for Nike has received the top honour of a Grand Clio in the 60th annual awards gala ceremony held in New York. Recognising innovation and creative excellence, the Grand Clio represents the most awarded and best-of-year work.
Nike Graffiti Stores invited São Paulo artists to update city artworks with upcoming Air Max models and geo-unlocking the shoes for purchase on nike.com. Nike Graffiti Stores also won Grand Prix at the 2019 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity earlier this year.
Nike Graffiti Stores proved a successful platform for the Air Max releases with all models sold out, and the murals forever embedded in São Paulo’s cultural heritage.
