An AI specialist with over 15 years of experience, Jennifer has delivered award-winning products for global brands including Amazon, Dyson and Verizon. She co-founded and scaled the conversational AI product studio Vixen Labs to its acquisition by Next15 and most recently served as Interim Audio and Conversational AI Product Lead at The Economist AI Lab. Recognised for shaping future-forward product strategies and leading international teams, she is a frequent speaker with appearances on BBC Radio 4 and at The Next Web.
