Natasha Avery joins AKQA as Director of Talent Acquisition

Based in the USA, with over 20 years experience in recruitment and talent strategy, Natasha Avery has joined AKQA as Director of Talent Acquisition. Most recently Natasha lead recruitment for 13 years at an independent global communications firm named Global Digital Agency of the Year and, five times, Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work. Before Natasha’s agency experience, she worked client-side at Philips, one of the world’s most influential and innovative technology firms.

Partnering with AKQA’s teams in the USA and internationally, Natasha will direct talent strategy and the candidate experience across AKQA studios in the USA.
