Nicolas Le Pallec named to Adweek’s AI Power List 2025
Chief Technology Officer AKQA EMEA Nicolas Le Pallec has been recognised by Adweek as an honouree on its 2025 AI Power List.
This prestigious annual list honours executives across marketing and advertising leading the way in the industry’s AI adoption.
A creative technologist known for marrying innovation and artistry, Nicolas has helped to shape the digital transformation journeys of some of the world’s most iconic brands.
At AKQA, he is driving an AI-powered transformation to redefine customer engagement and operational excellence, and leading a team that is unlocking new opportunities for innovation, creativity, and growth for our clients. Leveraging his storied career in luxury, Nicolas is using technology in innovative ways to empower our creative teams and deliver standout digital experiences in luxury and premium spaces.
A pioneer in bringing generative AI to real-world commerce, Nicolas spearheaded AKQA’s Generative Store, an AI-powered e-commerce experience born from our partnership with Google Gemini. Generative Store transforms how people shop online by dynamically crafting personalised interfaces in real time, shifting static catalogues into responsive, context-aware experiences that adapt to individual intent and emotional cues. The result is a digital retail environment that feels less like browsing and more like a curated boutique interaction, exemplifying how AI can rekindle intuition and human connection in luxury commerce.
On the recognition, Nicolas said: “Being recognised by Adweek is incredibly meaningful, but what it really reflects is AKQA’s frontier spirit. I feel extremely fortunate to work in an environment that genuinely encourages experimentation, cross disciplinary thinking, and new ideas. It exists because of the trust, curiosity, and collaboration across creative, UX, design, data, and strategy teams. I feel very lucky to be at AKQA at a moment where the company is not just talking about the future, but actively building it.”
