Infosys Champions Evolve

Insight

Whether in sports or in business, the best evolve to stay on top.

In both worlds, stagnation is the enemy. With a competitive landscape that is perpetually shifting, evolution is the key to continued success, and Infosys delivers this ability giving its customers the edge no matter the arena.

Idea

Two tennis icons. One powerful story.

Rafa Nadal and Iga Świątek take centre court in a global campaign featuring imagery that showcases the evolution of both athletes. Rafael’s story spans his entire legendary career featuring five different iterations through the ages while Iga’s story showcases her ability to adapt her game within a single match.

It is an honour to welcome Rafa – one of the world’s most respected champion athletes and humanitarians – as an ambassador for Infosys. He is someone who personifies the spirit of always evolving, never giving up, utmost dedication and determination to give the very best in every situation. We are inspired by his approach, and it reflects our own aspirations to continuously evolve and always remain relevant for our clients.
- Salil Parekh, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Infosys

A billboard shows a tennis player in multiple motion blur poses hitting a ball, with the text: When a new challenger arises, champions evolve. Infosys logo and tech phrases appear in the top right and bottom left corners.

The AI evolution.

A combination of traditional production techniques, redevelopment of wardrobe from years past, and proprietary AI facial image reconstruction helped create seamless evolutions.

Impact

The world’s biggest stage.

As the US Open welcomed millions of tennis fans to the city of New York, Rafael played a game of his own in a simulated 3D world at iconic venues and digital Out Of Home placements including Times Square, John F Kennedy Airport and London Heathrow Airport. Rafa battled the elements of wind, rain, heat and fog in the larger-than-life showcase.

Rafael Nadal said: “I love the way Infosys has brought its digital expertise across industries to the global tennis ecosystem. It has transformed the tennis experience for a billion global fans and truly empowered all players on the tour with analytics that they could have only dreamt of a few years ago. Also, the impact that Infosys is making beyond the court – creating the next opportunity for people, businesses, and communities – deeply inspires me. I believe it’s our shared aspiration to create societal good that makes our handshake truly meaningful.”
