AKQA’s San Francisco studio announced the promotion of Kristin Goto and Jon Freshwater to key leadership positions.

Kristin Goto has been appointed as Managing Director and Jon Freshwater has been promoted to Director of Client Services.

With over 22 years of experience in global marketing leadership, Kristin Goto has been instrumental in driving digital acceleration and business performance for agencies and brands across the globe. She has successfully led client service, creative, and technical production teams, delivering award-winning work on a global scale.

Jon Freshwater, who has dedicated 17 years to AKQA, has an impressive portfolio spanning diverse industries such as technology, sports, fashion, gaming, automotive, and consumer packaged goods. Collaborating with renowned companies such as Nike, Google, IBM, and Visa, Jon has consistently delivered transformative marketing experiences that fuel substantial growth.
