Hostile Duty, AKQA's collaboration with Call of Duty, won Gold in the Cyber category for Innovative Use of Social and Community at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Created for the launch of Activision's latest release Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, for the first time a pivotal character from within the game narrative was able to deliver a story that played out through a Messenger bot for players to secure their final reward: a first look at the worldwide reveal trailer.

The awards celebrate digital creative experiences, and campaigns that enhance a brand’s message while also demonstrating strong strategy and results.
